PURCHASING A PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE VOUCHER

 

  • Session must be booked before the vouchers expiry date
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to book in their session before the expiry date
  • Session must contain a minimum of 2 people, either a couple or a full family
  • Voucher can be given as a gift
  • Voucher offer cannot be exchanged for any other offer
  • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • One offer per family per year can be used
  • Further photo sessions in the same year will be charged at the full rate of £60 for the photo session, with no complimentary photographs included
  • If a £50 off voucher is included, it can be used off a wall hanging or a product worth more than £225 preview price (excluding packages)
  • A voucher can be returned for a refund if requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • In the event of a return, the gift box and voucher must be sent back to Imagine Studio in original condition at the customers own expense
  • In the case of a declined payment the voucher offer will be valid for 7 days and after this the original offer will no longer be available to purchase and the voucher will be void
  • Voucher expiry dates can only be extended if agreed with management
  • After completion of customers photo session, their offer is non-refundable (even if this is within their 14 day cooling off period)
  • Customers can only view their photographs by attending a viewing at the studio
  • Web galleries will only be available after the customer has attended their viewing at the studio (for a £10 fee)
  • Complimentary photographs included within the original offer must be chosen within 2 months of the original photo session date
  • Complimentary photographs can only be chosen at the customers viewing at the studio
  • Top Up Vouchers can be used to go towards any of Imagine's products or packages
  • Top Up Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the front of the voucher
  • Top Up Vouchers are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value

 


 

RECEIVING A FREE PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE OFFER 

 

  • Session must be booked before the vouchers expiry date
  • Session must contain a minimum of 2 people, either a couple or a full family
  • Session cannot be just a pet, or one person and a pet, or one person
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to book in their session before the expiry date
  • Voucher offer cannot be exchanged for any other offer
  • Voucher cannot be transferred to another person other than the original winner
  • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • One offer per family group, per 12 month period can be used
  • Further photo sessions in the same year will be charged at the full rate of £60 for the photo session, with no complimentary photographs included
  • Voucher expiry dates can only be extended if agreed with management
  • £20 deposit must be paid upon booking
  • £20 deposit can only be refunded at the viewing appointment
  • £20 deposit is subjected to a 5 days notice cancellation policy
  • If the customer cancels a photo shoot or viewing appointment without 5 days notice, then a further £20 deposit will be required, with the previous £20 deposit now being non-refundable
  • 5 days notice cancellation policy can be wavered at management discretion
  • Customers can only view their photographs by attending a viewing at the studio
  • Web galleries will only be available after the customer has attended their viewing at the studio (for a £10 fee)
  • Complimentary photographs included within the original offer must be chosen within 2 months of the original photo session date
  • Complimentary photographs can only be chosen at the customers viewing at the studio

 


 

MAKING A BOOKING

 

  • Bookings can only be made by customers who have either received a complimentary invitation, or who have purchased an offer
  • Customers who have a complimentary invitation will be required to pay a £20 holding deposit upon booking
  • Customers who have bought an offer will not have to pay a further £20 holding deposit to book their session
  • Upon making a booking every customer is subjected to our 5 days notice cancellation policy
  • Deposits paid will be non-refundable if cancelled with less than 5 days notice given.
  • A £20 deposit will be required to make a further booking, also subject to the 5 days notice cancellation policy
  • Customers who have purchased an offer will have to pay a £20 deposit to make a further booking, if they have cancelled their first appointment without 5 days notice
  • 5 day cancellation policy can be wavered at management discretion
  • Only one offer can be used per session
  • Only one special offer can be used by a customer per 12 months
  • If a customer wants to visit Imagine twice in one year, the second photo session will be charged at £60 with no complimentary photographs included

 


 

KEEPING CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS

 

  • Imagine will keep customer photographs available to view on site for 2 months from the date of the customers photo session
  • After the 2 months, customer photographs will go off-site onto an image archive for a further 4 months
  • If the customer requires to view their photographs after the 2 month period, but before the 6 month period, Imagine will require a £25 admin fee to locate their photographs and load them onto a web gallery
  • 6 months from the date of the customers photo session, any un-purchased photographs will be deleted permanently
  • Customers can have photographs stored after this 6 month period at a cost of £20 per year
  • Imagine will keep all purchased photographs indefinitely
  • It is the customers responsibility to choose any complimentary photographs within their original offer at the studio within 2 months from the date of their photo session
  • No refunds for promotional offers or Portrait Experiences will be given after the photo session has taken place
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value

 


 

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS

 

  • Imagine Contemporary Portraits retains the copyright on all photographs taken by it’s staff and photographs may be used for our business purposes, including marketing materials, social media and studio display purposes without seeking further permission from the subjects within the photographs.
  • Parties who have an objection to their photographs being used for marketing purposes due to adoptions etc, need to notify us in writing.
  • We do not sell photographs to third parties

 


 

PLACING AN ORDER

 

  • Special preview price & packages are only available at the customers first viewing which is conducted at Imagine studio
  • Special preview price & packages can be altered only at management discretion
  • Web galleries are only available after the customer viewing (for a £10 fee)
  • Customer must choose their complimentary photograph at the viewing

 


 

PRODUCING ORDERS

 

  • Orders will be produced within 6 weeks from the date of when payment is received
  • Customers will receive a phone call and email informing them that their order is ready to collect
  • Customers must collect orders from the studio, unless otherwise agreed with postal charges to deliver to their home
  • It is the customers responsibility to collect their order from the studio
  • Orders not collected within 12 months from their initial call about collection, will be removed from Imagine studio, and no longer available to collect
  • Postal charges can be waivered at management discretion
  • Customer orders are all bespoke, and therefore are non-refundable
  • Customers will not be given a refund in the case of changing their mind once their order has gone into production
  • Imagine will produce orders to what has been signed and agreed at the viewing
  • Customers will receive paperwork of their bespoke order
  • Customers are expected to sign our copy of their order
  • If the customer wants us to reproduce an order in a different way to what they have signed at their viewing, additional costs will apply

 


 

RETURNS

 

  • Imagine will produce orders to what has been signed and agreed at the viewing
  • Customers will not be given a refund in the case of changing their mind once their order has gone into production
  • If the customer wants us to reproduce an order in a different way to what they have signed at their viewing, additional costs will apply
  • Imagine will replace products which are of a unsatisfactory standard and are returned within a reasonable period (28 days)
  • Imagine will not replace products which have been opened and / or dismantled
  • Imagine will not replace products which have been altered in any way (e.g. customer has put wall hanging fixings on)
  • Imagine will not replace products which have faded due to sunlight
  • Imagine will not replace products which have been hung in an extreme place (i.e. a damp wall or above a radiator)
  • In the instance of a return customers maybe expected to return the product to the studio before an exchange can occur
  • In some circumstances Imagine may deliver the new product to the customer’s address
  • Should a customer cancel a finance agreement, booking deposits will not be refunded and gift prints will become void
